About

Samuel grew up in the arts-supportive community of Westport, Connecticut. He started performing at the age of 12 as James Rodgers in the Will Rodgers Follies and continued to perform with the Staples Players in high school. He went on to pursue his BFA in Musical Theatre, as well as a BS in Economics at Tulane University. Following graduation, he participated in the Musical Theatre Intensive at the Stella Adler School of Acting in New York.
 
Samuel has performed in regional and theme park productions across the country. Highlights include playing Perchik in Fiddler on the Roof with the Valley Opera and Performing Arts in Los Angeles, and the regional debut of Disney's Newsies at the Summer Lyric Theatre in New Orleans.
